As a Wireless Inside Sales and Retention Specialist working in a contact center environment, you will utilize your superior sales and customer service skills to field inbound calls from wireless customers that are looking to cancel their service, while providing the customer with an appropriate resolution/offer that will retain their business.

Your responsibilities will include - but are not limited to the following:

  • Probe effectively and read customer concerns to identify the unstated customer concern.

  • Recommend products that best suit the customer's needs.

  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.

  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

  • Provide troubleshooting, account, and billing assistance.

  • Read and interpret documents from centralized knowledge based tool.

Qualifications

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • Sales and cross sell experience preferred.

  • Previous wireless and PC skills preferred.

  • Six months Customer Service with up-selling experience - Strongly preferred.

  • Excellent telephone listening skills, empathy, and tone.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-tasking.

  • The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Successfully pass skills assessment with a typing speed of 20wpm.

  • Ability to pass state, federal and criminal background checks - Required

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) - Required

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older.- Required
