Title: Technology Program Manager

Position Overview:

This role is a strategic, client-facing leadership role as a technology representative local to the client key locations driving alignment on priorities and requirements for technical deliverables. A key requirement is knowledge of the client contract terms, service levels, tools and services and continuing to keep technology current and in alignment with the Conduent product roadmap. In this role, the program manager is the point of escalation internally and the point of communication with the internal team and client in support of technology deliverables

  • Primary point of contact to the client(s) in the management of end-to-end technology delivered, working closely with the business leaders

  • Update and maintain the client technology tool/platform inventory and roadmap to align to the HRS product and technical roadmap.

  • Ensure compliance with the contract requirements for service levels, technology compliance and upgrades – and be able to report status as needed.

  • Responsible for tracking, communicating and driving to the planned roadmap technology deliverables.

  • Point of escalation from the day to day technology operations.

  • Advanced planning to ensure readiness from a technology perspective specific to cyclical activities, like open enrollment, pension statement processing and vendor integrations with Conduent products.

  • Knowledgeable of our product roadmap and ownership of providing demos and communication with the client as to upcoming feature upgrades

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support the client/portfolio.

  • Drive alignment on priorities and requirements across the client team.

  • Influence teams to meet delivery milestones, while building positive relationships across the team.

  • Own and incubate special technology projects directed by the client and critical to their business; work with client team to operationalize and integrate these special projects into the main work stream at the right point and with the right tools and controls.

  • Engage Technology Delivery managers to track delivery on time and budget.

  • Ownership of client technology budget and forecast.

  • Point of contact for audit activities.

  • Facilitate decisions on requests that are not currently part of our product suite.

  • Partner with Technology Solution Manager on renewals, new deals, expanded services.

  • KPI’s: Deliver on time, on budget, on specification, and at a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Min 10 years managerial experience

  • Managerial experience preferably in IT project implementation and/or operations

  • Program Director or equivalent experience preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership/influencing executive leadership and cross functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives

  • Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to frequent changing priorities

  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy

  • Experience with client communications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree desired or equivalent work experience.
