Responsible for managing the operations of a book of Pension outsourcing clients (including service delivery, sales support, contract renewals, administration platform enhancements, revenue and expense management and resource planning).
Maintain excellent client satisfaction ratings from our clients who respond to our customer satisfaction survey. The survey reflects our administration service delivery.
Participate in internal Conduent client relationship and strategy meetings and provide materials specific to administration areas of responsibility
Financial responsibility, budgets and profitability
Responsible for management reporting including weekly forecast updates, Process management updates, dashboard review and delivery.
Manage a team of Service Delivery leaders providing daily oversight to service delivery
Responsible for matrix management of all support services related to administrative service delivery including administration (both on and off shore), call center, systems technology,.
Serve as point of escalation for client issues and see through to final resolution and communication back to client.
The position requires strong management background, technical understanding of benefit systems and processes particularly as they are related to implementation. The role will have overall oversight of a group of client migrations to a new administration platform and participant portal, ability to project manage and keep projects on schedule for all tasks and when issues present themselves you have the ability to communicate escalations clearly and concisely.
Skills for Success:
10 years of DB pension administration management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage/coordinate multiple work streams for task completion
Responses to inquiries may need to be collaborative with on shore team or technical team – strong verbal communication skills
Manage indirect (dotted line) staff to meet client goals and objectives
Experience and ability to provide final peer review and QA prior to release of reports, responses to inquiries, etc. to client
Builds, maintains and manages effective client relationships with Senior level client personnel
Ensures that quality assurance measures and controls are followed
Monitors progress on deliverables and adjusts project deadlines and resources accordingly.
Participates in training and development of junior staff
Experience with working with offshore and nearshore team members
