Conduent is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Director. The person in this role will be responsible for:

Job Summary

As an Enterprise Architecture Director, you'll play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company's technology strategy and processes. You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company's overall objectives. You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy.


Master’s degree or equivalent years of technical experience in Enterprise Architecture full stack engineering and DevOps practices. Master’s degree is desired but not required.


Superior technical knowledge on the job duties listed above. Strong technical background in software creation and testing, reverse engineering, automation, packaging, deploying, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with peers and also to directly communicate with customers, proxies, and/or end-users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Using your distinctive combination of knowledge and hands-on expertise related to cloud technologies and enterprise cloud operations, you will work to leverage the Conduent Automation platform to achieve their goals.

  • Engage the IT Operations, Security, and DevOps stakeholders to understand how we can deliver the benefits of “cloud” to our organizations while reducing the risks through automation.

  • Develop custom proof-of-concept solutions using the Conduent Automation platform for immediate customer impact while helping bring the best ideas back into the core product offering.

  • Provide technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and Conduent Automation teams. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and help to drive the cloud strategy.

  • Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-points to educate and engage the broader community of prospects, customers, partners and coworkers.

Technical Experience:

  • 15 Year of software development experience

  • 5 years of relevant Azure experience in an enterprise environments

  • Knowledge of one or more public / private / Hybrid cloud technologies

  • In-depth Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Data Lakes, PowerBI, API Management, RPA, Service Fabric, Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc)

  • Developing, architecting and implementing Microsoft Azure Solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Network Setup, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage and more

  • Robust understanding of datacenter technology and private and public cloud

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker

  • Vast Software development experience in languages such as Python and Ruby a plus

  • Customer facing skills to represent Conduent Automation within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with all levels of personnel concerning solution design, technical approach, best practices, and project management.

  • Collaborative, high-energy and diligent work ethic

  • Prior experience in a similar role is required
