As a Customer Case Associate you will connect with our customers personally to resolve their issues. Candidates must possess:

  • Minimum 0-2 years call center experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Problem Solving skills

  • The ability to multitask

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to learn required information and ongoing training

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

  • Processing Payments

  • Opening disputes on Customer’s behalf

  • Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
