Call Center – Customer Care Assistant
Responds to telephone inquiries and requests.
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements: Customer Service professional with excellent communication skills. Desired candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment. Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Position could be located at our Midlothian Turnpike location in North Chesterfield or at the Parham Road location in Richmond. Training hours are 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and work hours will be 10a-7p Mon-Fri.
Competitive pay plus can earn up to $290.00 a month in bonus potential!!!
