Conduent is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to provide QA and Test automation for a new Medicaid Managed Care Organization’s claims processing system. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in QA and automation tools, experience with healthcare, and must have experience with large project implementations and/or migrations. Apart from education and experience, the ideal candidate will have strong documentation, technical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create test cases/checklists, requirement traceability and other essential documentation

  • Work in conjunction with the engineering team to increase test coverage in a repeatable fashion

  • Design test strategies by analyzing and dissecting complex integrated systems

  • Expertise with both test automation and manual testing

  • Create and Execute Test cases and Test scenarios, and document Test Results

  • Perform test case authoring and execution for all the release cycles implementing software best practices

  • Collaborate with Product Management and other departments to analyze business requirements and develop test solutions

  • Build and maintain automation test suites

  • Work with Dev team to analyze code and suggest improvements

  • Develop UI and API automated scripts to facilitate regression testing

  • Practical experience using source code control systems such as TFS

  • Implement QA methodology, testing techniques and approaches

  • Ability to understand system design and interpret product architecture for best Test strategy

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams geographically located by constantly building sustainable test frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering and any related discipline

  • 3-5 years of Software test automation experience for web based/.NET applications

  • Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Source Control systems and build process

Preferred

  • Experience in Data and Application Migration testing

  • Solid understanding of SQL and API testing experience doing data integration testing, and data quality testing with large data sets
