Purpose:

The Administration Manager is responsible for providing support to the operation across Finance and Homologation departments, handbook/manual fulfilment and information requests.

The AM also holds responsibility for the MD/Priority Inbox, ensuring every email is actioned within two hours.

Additionally the AM organises and executes employee engagement activities across the department on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Finance process for TT payments/BACs payments.

  • Own the MD/Priority Inbox and update the spreadsheets to reflect new/ updated requests in CARe.

  • Liaise with Homologation, Distribution or Product Managers to obtain information on vehicle manufacture date, CO2 emissions, import information, model confirmation, trim confirmation, BHP confirmation etc.

  • Liaise with Homologation to provide dating letters for V5 requests.

  • Provide service plan refunds to customers.

  • Liaise with Product Managers to conclude V5C discrepancies

  • Create and execute customer engagement activities Key Skills: The right candidate will:
