Title: Senior Director of eDiscovery


The Senior Director of eDiscovery is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Conduent Legal & Compliance Solutions (CLCS) eDiscovery strategy, including its proprietary review platforms and Relativity, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

This role is responsible for coordinating efforts with CLCS Development, Operations, Client Services, Marketing and Sales organizations to design the overall product roadmap and drive service implementation. This role will also interface regularly with CLCS clients in order to directly assess product success and to organize user feedback in an effort to prioritize product and service requirements. This role will work as an internal “champion” for eDiscovery and will deliver business case justification for eDiscovery investment strategy.

The Senior Director of eDiscovery reports to the Managing Director.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive the creation of eDiscovery strategies to reach company goals

  • Design Product Roadmap for eDiscovery platforms, including Viewpoint, Relativity and Brainspace

  • Recommend and develop business case for new technical products and features

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends & government regulations

  • Regular interaction with Sales organization to understand existing roadblocks and develop strategy to meet organizational revenue targets

  • Regular interaction with CLCS clients to assess service and product delivery standards and inform roadmap

  • Coordinate with Development, Operations and Client Services to implement product strategy and ensure service delivery capability

  • Develop, coordinate and implement training initiatives for Sales and Client Services to ensure product proficiency

  • Coordinate with Marketing to identify key opportunities and maintain up-to-date materials

  • Ongoing assessment of eDiscovery revenue makeup and distribution in order to identify risk and growth areas


  • 10 years eDiscovery experience, with at least 5 years in a Product role, either with an eDiscovery service provider or law firm

  • Bachelor’s Degree, JD preferred

  • Industry-relevant certifications preferred (RCA/RCE/RCM, PMP, Six-Sigma, etc.)

  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Project Management experience – ability to demonstrate capacity for successfully taking a project from initial scoping to final delivery

  • Experience preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations

  • Direct work experience with analytics implementation and consulting a plus

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders

  • Previous experience working as part of a Senior Management team a plus
