Title of the position: Client Services Manager

Position Overview :

The Client Manager is an ambassador of behalf of Conduent Legal and Compliance Solution (CLCS) to our clients. Every interaction with corporate clients, law firms or collaborative partners carries with it the reputation, image and industry branding of Conduent at large. Client Managers are E-Discovery professionals with a working knowledge of how CLCS service offerings fit into a legal and discovery framework. They have demonstrated aptitude and skill for technology-based and logic-based work. Client Managers are problem solvers, status reporters and general managers for the scope of projects. They are accountable for all work assignments and work product. Client Managers work effectively in a team environment and they are extraordinarily capable of handling a heavy, dynamic and expanding case load. Additionally, they thrive on challenges associated with the unexpected and respond deftly to emergency situations. The Client Manager’s forte must be a natural inclination towards service. A Client Manager works intensely to make a client’s experience with our company and our suite of tools a productive and positive experience.

General Role:

  • Participate in, and often serve as primary point of contact for, multiple matters; play a visible role participating in client communications on standard processes and reporting.

  • Participate in meetings and on conference calls regarding current projects, updates and projections; lead as directed by Senior Client Manager.

  • Troubleshoot application and data issues and direct to the appropriate CLCS contacts for issues outside scope of Client Services.

  • Master technical knowledge of our application and conduct training sessions and provide instruction to users at all levels.

  • Complete standard tasks with limited instruction and supervision.

  • Understand and mitigate risk.

  • Escalate high risk, complex or problematic issues to Manager.

  • Manage complex projects and work requests with consistent accuracy and completeness.

  • Work collaboratively and productively with members of the Operations Team to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.

o Enter and manage all projects and work requests without direct supervision.

o Follow through on all open work requests, exhibit ownership regardless of who opened it originally; Quality Control all open work requests and troubleshooting Operations output when errors are found.

  • Communicate frequently and consistently with client.

  • Be proactive to avoid the question “what is the status?”

Qualifications

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years professional experience.

  • Possess solid working knowledge of E-discovery processes and industry.

  • Possess strong technical grasp of technology tools and platform intricacies.

  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven self-direction.

  • Pro-active by nature.

  • Possess project management skills.

  • Capable of multi matter management and multi-tasking.

  • Proven time management skills.

  • Collaborative.

  • Flexible in work hours and availability.
