Analyst I, Credit & Collections need immediately, to work with a healthcare industry leader, specializing in providing overpayment identification/recovery services on behalf of commercial insurers at hospitals across the country. We are currently seeking a Recovery Analyst to support the New York City Territory.

Responsibilities:

The Recovery Analyst is responsible for reviewing patient accounts at a large hospital in an effort to reimburse payers on overpaid claims and to reduce the overall credit balances. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified individuals to make an immediate impact and earn opportunities for advancement in a dynamic, growing, nationwide firm.

Experience:

Interested candidates must have strong analytical and communications skills and be able to build positive client relationships with all levels of patient accounting at hospitals. Healthcare related insurance billing and/or claims experience is preferred. The position may require some local travel.

Must be willing to travel within the area

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
