Provides analytical support and coordination of regulatory compliance activities and projects within Conduent’s healthcare compliance division. Assists with monitoring and oversight of the compliance programs within the division through assessment, analysis, tracking, trending, and reporting of ongoing activities and outcomes.


  • Assists with determining and submitting training assignments for training programs within the healthcare division including HIPAA, Incident Reporting, CMS FWA, GDPR, and others.

  • Monitors and reports on training completion rates, and drives completion of training programs by following up with learners and/or appropriate management.

  • Administers vendor training assessments and/or determines and submits training assignments for appropriate vendor staff.

  • Coordinates follow-up with Group Compliance Leads and business units to ensure completion of internal assessments such as SCEPTR.

  • Assists with development and coordination of monthly healthcare compliance newsletter.

  • Manages Healthcare Compliance and Data Privacy shared mailboxes including administrative tasks such as adding or removing users and monitoring and triaging messages to appropriate staff.

  • Logs incoming data privacy event reports and triages reports to appropriate staff, and provides regular reporting and tracking metrics to management.

  • Assists with administration and maintenance of Regulatory Compliance department SharePoint sites including the Audit Registration Portal, Healthcare Compliance team site and ComplianceNet site, and GDPR ComplianceNet sites.


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional or regulatory compliance environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently to perform job-related duties.

  • Proven competency to interact effectively with all levels of Conduent managers and staff, including senior management.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

PC skills: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge in other Office products (e.g., SharePoint, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
