Overview:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal fulfillment facilities and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of client specific solutions, digital and print communication materials. Initiate and coordinate electronic and print specifications, production schedules, quotes and billing for assigned accounts. Analyze preliminary communications to ensure that all client specifications, quality expectations, art availability and required delivery dates are clearly identified. Negotiate the best possible pricing and schedules as required to secure individual projects and ensure the end result meets the client’s requirements. In general this roll will be responsible for production management for several clients. Strong project management and coordination required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects between account managers, designers and vendor supply chain via the proprietary workflow management tool providing automation, efficiency, visibility and results for all client deliverables.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with assigned client accounts and vendor partners.

  • Facilitate design requests, schedules, brand compliance, proofing and deployment direction.

  • Must be familiar with a wide variety of electronic and digital solutions and commercial print production concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Brainstorm ideas, suggestions and recommendations with the team

  • Investigate potential suppliers and recommend those most desirable based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, best practice pricing and schedule availability.

  • Overall responsibility for quality on electronic and print vendor proofs along with direction for address data processing and approval.

  • Facilitate Translation requirements.

  • Provide oversight and replenishment of physical inventory at ongoing fulfillment facilities.

  • Maintain accurate quotation data and pricing within the workflow tool for all projects/vendors quoted.

  • Responsible for timely approval of vendor invoices and billing on managed clients projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, high aptitude for MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Strong emphasis on data analysis

  • Takes charge of situations and effectively multi-tasks numerous projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and strong ability for personal interaction

  • Quickly learns and masters proprietary workflow management tool

  • Self-managed and motivated, able to balance a heavy work-load and client needs efficiently

  • Enjoys and thrives in fast paced, fluid work environment

  • Follows through with tasks to their completion

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and detail orientation

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5 years of experience within print management with client facing experience

  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed

  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
