Position Summary :

The Vice President, Sales is responsible for leading all sales for the Healthcare and Insurance business unit. The business unit is comprised of a diverse portfolio of offerings.

The ideal candidate will have well established industry relationships within the Healthcare and Insurance industry, an analytical mindset with awareness of key marketplace trends, as well as a proven track record of building engaged and innovative sales teams. The successful candidate will bring strong Healthcare and Insurance industry knowledge and deep value chain experience as well as the ability to drive the selling process and bridge requirements across sales, pursuit teams and operations to develop winning bids.

They will manage a team. This leader will drive and execute on sales strategy initiatives and focus on improving the effectiveness of the sales organization to win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in support of a Healthcare and Insurance Leader, development of sales strategy for unit portfolio that contributes to strategic vision and positioning in the market.

  • Applying thought leadership and strategic thinking to identify and conceptualize prioritize and lead cross functional processes focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization from opportunity development, solutioning, to contract closure.

  • Lead the sales team in developing a strategic road map that will drive revenue and improve market share.

  • Leverage industry deep industry expertise to build and develop relationships, representing the organization with key customers and industry stakeholders.

  • Develop strong business relationships with the key internal business partners to understand and deliver on their needs, as well as drive their engagement with our sales strategy, tools and systems.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business.

  • 8 years as a leader Sales function.

  • 12 years’ experience in sales (national sales or global sales).

  • A successful track record of delivering exceptional revenue performance.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in a highly matrixed, global team environment.
