Responsible for client solution design. Each role plays a part in ensuring that the overall solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meet the client requirements and are deliverable.

Primary focus would be on supporting HR or Healthcare business processes and/or customer experience functions. Experience supporting HR and Healthcare clients within commercial, but experience working with state or federal government healthcare would be beneficial as well.



  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

  • Recognized as an expert in own function

  • Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives

  • Primarily domestic scope/accountability; may include some international scope/accountability

  • Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirement

  • Familiarity with infrastructure components

  • Familiarity with call center or customer experience

  • Ability to understand and explore the analytics behind social media – responsible for compiling a solution for the customer experience and pricing

  • Familiarity with ‘chat’ and ‘digital inquiries’


  • Designed end to end solution for new proposals including infrastructure, applications and communication. Primarily supporting efforts for Customer Experience (Call Center Services)

  • Work with the business units to achieve PCI compliance.

  • Liaison between the business team and the SMEs to price a solution for infrastructure and communications.

  • Work with global procurement to identify preferred vendors and pricing

  • Work with vendors to identify features and functionality

  • Facilitate a technical review and approval of the solution

  • Maintain and facilitate communication with senior leadership – excellent communication skills (written and verbal are critical to success)

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities

  • Travel is rare, but may be required on occasion.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
