Title : Services Senior Analyst (Workers’ Compensation)

Location: Prefer Amarillo, TX, Lakeland, FL, Lexington, KY, Irvine, CA; may consider other U.S. locations

Overview:

  • Provide Sales support by performing software demonstrations, assist in responding to RFI or RFP questionnaires, and by providing pre-sales customer site workflow analysis.

  • Capture client requirements for new implementations as a Client Requirements Document (CRD) and manage the CRD process from project inception through customer “Go-Live”.

Assess existing software capabilities to meet client requirements, identifying any gaps in the CRD. Supply initial CRD solution responses and coordinate with Product Management staff where gap responses are required.

Lead iterative CRD discovery sessions as required to clarify the client requirement, and the our response.

  • Perform on-going application enhancement consulting in coordination with Product Management

  • Perform workflow analysis as required for new or existing customers.

  • Provide on-going support to Account Management staff to assist with customer questions related to software capability

  • Provide support to Account Management staff to assist and validate Account configuration p

  • Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements,and specify effective business processes.

Organizes their implementation through improvements in information systems,

  • Takes responsibility for the detailed specification and modeling of recommended solutions

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ product experience in one or more of the following; Workers’ Compensations bill review, claims management, medical billing, PPO or MCO Networks, general healthcare industry or specialty review networks

  • Technical expertise including MS SQL Server, SQL Database, writing queries.

  • Experience communicating software functional requirements with vendors

  • Ability to incorporate and manage the balance between business, strategic and technical requirements when assessing capability gaps.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.

  • Experience with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications

Travel: 10-20%
