The Solution Consultant directly supports the IBG sales and internal organizations to enable new business signings of the MCCS offering portfolio. Works cross-functionally with multiple internal organizations and the MCCS Business Development Executives supporting new business MCCS opportunities.

The Solution Consultant has advanced level of technical understanding of Conduent’s MCCS offering and able to support sales cycles, provide consultative support, solutions design, technology demonstrations, and proposal support.

Is directly responsible for providing subject matter support for:

  • Overall solution design

  • Developing cost inputs

  • Financial modeling support

  • Interfacing with potential customers to present technical capabilities, solution proposals and supporting technology demonstrations

  • Provide technical writing and content support for RFP/RFI/RFQ engagements.

  • Works cross-functionally with internal partners to develop solution, cost model, and technical content as needed

Major Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert:

  • Deep understanding of Conduent’s MCCS capabilities

  • Possesses highly technical skills and CCS business process understanding

  • Understands and is aware of current CCS/CCM industry solutions, technologies, and direction

  • Understand and is aware of all Conduent’s BPO offerings and articulate how the MCCS offerings can integrate and provide value

Possess Client Engagement Skillset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to understand and articulate our MCCS offerings as it relates to the client’s business problem(s)

  • Ability to demonstrate our MCCS services and platform technologies

  • Ability work independently and professionally with peers in the client’s organization

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Undergraduate Degree

  • Tenured professional with five years minimum in a technical selling or sales support role in the CCS/CCM services space, software, or BPO services industries

  • High-volume transactional print and mail experience is desirable

  • A proven track record in managing large complex services-led outsourcing engagements (likely background in BPO marketplace or Systems Integrator)

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of the CCS/CCM services space
