Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM with overtime as needed by the unit.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to type at least 8,000 KPH. Must submit to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsible for providing support to business operations such as front end, image & data capture, and / or document / transaction content management. Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry and scanning, or similar activities.
Responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the quality of the transaction processing function. The role performs audits, determines root causes of errors or missed SLA's and takes corrective actions. May include being part of process, system or resource improvement initiatives.
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
Completes work with limited autonomy.
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Uses the organization's resources to enhance customer satisfaction
Evaluates improvements to various systems
Ensures that data and information are sufficiently accurate and reliable
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
