Title: Director of Product Management – Clinical
Responsible for overseeing development and advancement of the Workers Compensation Clinical platform and service features, including business cases, review realization, development of marketing materials, training, product documentation and product compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsible for analyzing customer requirements and the analysis of information/data. Manages projects if required. Provides input to improve overall efficiency and processes.
The role holder is responsible for directing a matrixed staff of business systems analysts to understand the business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. This includes working with the business and the technology areas to gather requirements for development and management. The role oversees the effort to analyze, validate and document the business and system requirements.
The role holder is the lead business analyst facilitator within the IT organization, acting as a bridge between the business and the IT groups, and is accountable for a technology solution that supports the business request or opportunity and is based on the enterprise architecture. This role works with the business to formulate, define and make decisions to authorize business transformation initiatives and is also responsible for benefits realization, supporting the development and execution of a benefits realization plan.
This role oversees the design, modification and creation of business processes that will be used to implement the business transformation solutions. This is done through research and fact-finding combined with a broad and comprehensive understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements.
The role holder leads the effort to determine the process and requirements management methodology practices. The role oversees the effort to ensure that the methodology and quality standards are being met.

Guides senior management towards accepting change brought about through process change and/or automation.
Works with the most senior client/user management in establishing the contribution that Conduent can make to business objectives, defining strategies, drawing up requirements specifications, conducting feasibility studies, producing high level and detailed business models, overseeing development and implementing solutions. Allocates tasks within this area to more junior matrixed analysis staff as required and takes full responsibility for their work.
Takes full responsibility for business process analysis within a significant segment of an organization or across organizations where advice given, and decisions made will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organization.
Takes an active part, together with other senior technical staff and specialized IT management, in IT policy making and in both software and hardware procurement.

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
10 years experience in WC or Insurance Industry (Clinical product experience preferred)
10 years experience in Product management, Project Management, and or Application Development
Experience in Scope and Responsibilities stated above.
