Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for a variety of functions including financial analysis, bank reconciliations, report reconciliations, daily cash management, and cash/check deposits.
Performs financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs. forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Ensures invoices are paid timely, assists in the monthly close and financial package.
Make daily, monthly, and fiscal year end entries and adjustments to General Ledger.
Interacts and communicates well internally and with project client.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Monitors and analyzes company cash position to address commitments and forecasting.
Prepare, review and present financials (including base case analysis and pricing) for new business prospects.
All other duties as assigned.
3 years accounting and/or financial planning & analysis experience, preferably in a large, complex, matrixed environment
Bachelors in finance, accounting or related discipline desired; work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Excellent Excel skills and advanced computer abilities.
Ability to critically analyze reports.
Must be detail oriented while being able to see the “big picture”.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
