The Finance VP reports to the VP of Global Finance and will work closely with Business Unit President and their executive team.
Direct commercial finance activities including strategic contracting, customer deal pursuit structure and pricing, and customer order to cash processes.
Collaborate with operating unit managers on major business decisions by providing finance specific insights.
Directs the development of sales forecasts and ensures their linkage across the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Participates in the annual strategic planning process.
Direct the reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data for senior management, to include cost analysis, ROI, capital budgeting, profitability analysis, and pricing models.
Directs financial analysis at the highest level to evaluate potential investments, mergers and/or acquisitions, new products and business opportunities.
Reviews forecasts and trends in industry, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas and makes recommendations for change where necessary.
Lead all financial planning and analysis activities for the segment and align processes and outputs with overall enterprise wide activities.
Establish processes and engagement with key support functions to maintain procedures to improve efficiency of the sector’s financial functions.
Manages the performance, recruitment, retention and development of finance staff including resources located in shared service centers.
Actively support significant finance transformation initiatives including broader leverage of low cost shared service resources, implementation of automation tools and best in class financial processes, and other key initiatives.
Manages special projects/project teams as assigned by the segment president and finance leadership.
He/she will have an expert knowledge of finance, FP&A, pricing, sales activities and new business pursuits, capital allocation and risk adjusted return, accounting, budgeting, performance management, and cost control principles. Superior communication skills with an ability to communicate complex issues in a crisp, clear and concise way will be ideal. In addition, having the ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, influence others, and drive results are important skills for this role. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Meet client reporting requirements
Finance executive with extensive experience in Technology, BPO, Services, or Financial transaction-oriented businesses.
Experience with complex programs, supplier and contract management, and internal controls.
Demonstrated success as Controller or Division/Corporate CFO with P&L responsibility > $1B
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field required
CPA or MBA preferred.
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working client relationships.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work within constantly-changing priorities.
Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
Prior experience in leading, developing, and motivating a direct team; including hiring and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and relevant business-indicators, and to anticipate the impact on the Operation.
