Customer Experience Sr. Solution Architect
Job Description :
Responsible for client solution design. Each role plays a part in ensuring that the overall solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meet the client requirements and are deliverable.
Summary Level Role Description:
Recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function.
Contributes to the development of strategy and recommends optimized client solutions.
Serves as organizational spokesperson for the call center and prime consultant on large opportunities.
Contributes to the development of organizational strategies.
Works on unique and complex issues that have a broad impact on the business and implements strategic policies.
Assigned to specific Sales Leads and Accounts.
Strategic advisor in developing the win strategy with the Sales Lead.
Expected to design, with current tool kit, innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations (Design Thinking).
Able to craft the messaging around the deal solution and present that solution to the client.
Career Path : Sales Lead, Sr. Director of CE Solutions
5 Call Center/Contact Center Solutions Architect and / or consulting experience.
5 years demonstrated experience Client-facing at the senior leadership level experience.
Call Center/ Customer Experience / Contact Center Transformation and Innovation solution.
Demonstrated experience building solutions, with the use of technology, to move clients from manual processes to digitized interactions.
Knowledge and expertise in Call Center/Contact Center technologies
