Responsible for quota-bearing sales activities within a defined geography, region or territory.
The role holder is accountable to define and implement a talent strategy that plans for, acquires, engages, and grows talent needed to create and retain a high performing team of sales professionals and managers in the geography.
Ensures the defined sales operation in the area has the coverage, process capability, direction and support required to exceed sales goals.
Regionally responsible for the entire customer experience, as well as local P&L performance.
Develops, adapts and executes organizational strategy to achieve key business objectives
Decisions are guided by organizational strategies and objectives
Generally includes international and/or global accountability
Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements
Accountable to effectively manage the utilisation of Conduent assets and resources to consistently achieve financial commitments (profitable revenue growth and cash generation) to create superior value for Conduent and its shareholders.
Actively supports sales cycles and critical client engagements by bringing executive sponsorship to key opportunities; develops and fosters relevant senior client relationships in support of the overall achievement of sales targets.
Acts as a champion of people development and drives the adoption of performance and development tools. Ensures that performance and skills gaps of team members are addressed.
