Senior Program Director, Financial Services & Healthcare


This strategic position focuses on continuously improving the way the executive organization is run. Being effective in this pivotal role requires a natural ability to build strong, trusting partnerships across the organization and drive progress on key initiatives, cross-functional projects and effective communications on behalf of the Group Chief Executive. As the Group Chief Executive’s "trusted counsel" this role will work closely with the senior leadership team and the his/her direct reports to communicate changes in prioritization and decision-making efficiently. This requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Chief Executive in the tracking and achievement of top goals and priorities.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders the executive team.

  • Drive alignment on priorities and requirements across the executive team.

  • Influence teams to meet delivery milestones, while building positive relationships across the executive team.

  • Be the point for executive engagement strategy and executive team’s management process (alignment).

  • Oversee / facilitate end-to-end executive team engagement and management process (team meetings, plan reviews, etc.); cross company planning, SLT deliverables, and management practices.

  • Set and manage priorities, ensuring broad alignment within the organization and through partners and related teams. Provide thought leadership and strategic thinking while driving the process to refine the strategy, KPIs, budgets and execution plans for the team, as well as how we will measure success against it and report on progress.

  • Own and incubate special projects directed from the CEO and critical to the business; work with executive team to operationalize and integrate these special projects into the main work stream at the right point.

  • Ensure Group Chief Executive and executive team are well prepared for internal and external engagements and forums (including Board of Director meetings).

  • Independently lead special initiatives/projects

  • Facilitate decisions that the leadership team needs input on from the Group Chief Executive and vice versa; support the leadership team in raising critical issues with the Group Chief Executive and receiving needed responses, guidance and decisions


  • Min 7 years managerial experience

  • Prior Program Director, support of Chief Executive or equivalent experience preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership/influencing executive leadership and cross functional teams and maintaining accountability for major business initiatives

  • Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to frequent changing priorities

  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations and shape business strategy

  • Excellent data visualization and creative PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent Word, Excel skills


Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree desired
