Job Brief:

The Marketing Manager role is an integral part of the sector Marketing & Communications (M&C) team for planning and executing both new logo and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and driving related initiatives and program activations. We are looking for an experienced marketer that is a self-starter and comfortable supporting a diverse solution portfolio (of both vertical industry and specialized horizontal offerings) and working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders. Candidate should have a strong grasp of both traditional and current digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques. Position reports to sector M&C leader and works closely with the overall M&C team, business leaders/subject matter experts, and external supporting resources (such as agencies and contractors) to execute campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position Conduent as a technology-driven, digital interactions company that is perceived as an innovative thought leader.

  • Based on corporate and sector business strategies/priorities, interlock with key stakeholders to develop M&C sub-plans that outline detailed campaigns for the businesses/service offerings supporting.

  • Lead and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for the execution of both new logo/nurture and ABM (account/deal specific) campaigns and related initiatives and program activations:

  • Direct engagement in market research, content/asset creation, sponsorships/events, digital marketing, and paid media/placement.

  • Direct support and direction for internal/external communications, third-party lead generation, web development, and analyst/advisor relations.

  • Measure and report performance of campaigns activated through multiple channels and customer touch points and assess success against established metrics and goals.

  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and techniques. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree is desired.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Event Marketing, Service Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing/Services and multiple industry segments is a plus.

  • Ability to think strategically and proficiency in budget management.

  • Must be a team player, adaptable to fast-paced, changing environment; with ability to work closely and influence multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate buyers.

  • Must be forward looking, detail oriented, and proactive with proven project management and verbal/written communication skills.

  • Understanding of current marketing technology and social platforms. Marketo, Domo, Salesforce.com a plus.

  • Strong competency with MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mail, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking to support performance analysis and reporting.
