Conduent Business Services is seeking a Consumer Loans Servicing Software Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for the direction and oversight of the loan-servicing-management software’s processing design and build out. S/he’ll also consult with clients, build requirements, oversee program implementation/execution, and develop alliance partnerships.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and manage a loan-servicing product roadmap to support our goals and strategies. The Product Manager creates preliminary design concepts and partners with the technology team to build and implement them; initiate and prioritize projects, develop the product strategy and go-to-market plans. Qualified candidates will have at least five (5 ) years of experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of consumer-loan-products, including originations, servicing, payment and collections (including collections call-center implementation).
This position can be located in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or Dallas, TX. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic & Large Account Management, Banking & Capital Markets with our Consumer Financial Solutions (CFS) business unit.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to
Build and manage a consumer loan-service-management product roadmap to support our goals and strategies.
Create preliminary design concepts and work with technology to build and implement successful deliverables.
Initiate and prioritize projects with technology, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, track product development and develop product launch plans.
Develop the product strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging and all elements related to the business case.
Convert customer-centric design leveraging user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate building latest technology and functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired, but not required
Project Management experienced desired
Product Management experience required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing the design, development, implementation, and performance of consumer loan service management products is required
Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a loan servicing operation
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of consumer loan service products, including origination, servicing, payments and collections functions from both a software and loan servicing operations standpoint.
Ability to create, own, and execute on the Conduent Consumer Finance Solutions (CFS) vision, strategy and roadmap
Ability to foster internal and external business relationships and ensure alignment with business imperatives
Experience leveraging key performance indicators (KPI’s) and data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendations
Ability to think outside-the-box and proven track record of rolling out a combination of core innovative products
Must possess excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
Available to travel as necessary (up to 20%).
