POSITION DESCRIPTION: Operations Manager

Conduent provides a national payment portal that allows employers, payroll service providers, and non-custodial parents to submit child support payments to every state in the United States. Payment methods supported include bank account debit, credit card, and transactions collected by our external partners. The portal processes over $2 billion in payments annually. The portal is supported by a small operations team that performs batch payment balancing, back account reconciliation, payment returns processing, and client notifications. A dedicated helpdesk supports the portal from Mexico.

We are looking for an individual that will become fluent in all aspects of the payment process. The person will be responsible for balancing daily activity, authorizing batch payment release, ensuring operating procedures are followed, and troubleshooting problems that arise in daily processing. The person will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the help desk, including human resource activities.

Experience Required:

  • 3 years with financial processes

  • Quality control and measurement

  • Account reconciliation

  • Management of remote direct reports including administration of performance reviews

  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
