Conduent is seeking a Health and Welfare Technical Process Analyst who’ll define project/system requirements and test plans that satisfy client requirements. The analyst will develops process flows, operating procedures, and metrics for process improvement, and assists with related communications. S/He will also be responsible for processing administration processes and tasks related to Health and Welfare (HW) administration, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, and escalates to management as needed. Ensure to develop and maintain a strong working relationships with clients, third party vendors, and /or ancillary service providers and other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or participant issues.
The Process Analyst position is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and reports directly to TBO APPS Manager of Service Delivery Operations.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Defines project/system requirements and test plans that satisfy client requirements.
Develops process flows, operating procedures, and metrics for process improvement, and assists with related communications.
Responsible for processing administration processes and tasks related to Health and Welfare administration and for troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, and escalates to management as needed.
Develops working relationships with clients, third party vendors, and /or ancillary service providers and other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or participant issues.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and/or services
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan
Generally domestic scope/accountability
Assist in the definition, development and maintenance of project and system requirements, technical specifications, and test plans.
Execute and own complex research initiatives and the analysis and resolution of technical issues, resulting from operational control breakdowns, legislative changes, or system outages.
Develop and maintain documentation of process flows, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures
Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
Develop working relationships with client, third party vendors and /or ancillary service providers and other internal parties to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks, special projects and/or participant issues.
Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.
Troubleshoot application and data issues and direct to the appropriate contacts.
Understand and mitigate risk; escalate high risk, complex or problematic issues to Management.
Manage complex projects and work requests with consistent accuracy and completeness.
Work collaboratively and productively to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
All other duties as assigned by manager/leadership
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years of related Health and Welfare benefits administration experience.
Proven ability to lead resources and projects tasks in a given work stream such as communications or new client system configuration.
Strong SQL knowledge – Writing SQL coding for adhoc reporting and partial load updates.
Experience creating and implementing test plans.
Strong communications skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
Must be confident in delivery with a client.
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience in trouble shooting, problem solving and debugging.
Experience with gathering end user requirements
Writing technical documentation and communicating their analysis results and insights.
Experience creating and updating Functional Specification Documents for I/O’s
Ability to work independently, under pressure and within tight deadlines
