Currently, we are seeking excellent QA Associate Analyst to join our team at 1200 Crescent Green, Suite 200, Cary, NC 27511.

Job Specifics:

  • Shifts will be scheduled during our normal business operating hours anytime between 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM Monday – Friday (No Weekends). Applicants must have open availability to work any hours scheduled during operating hours!

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for performing various data clean-up initiatives.

  • Provides technical guidance and training to junior level staff.

  • Acts as project lead, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects to the team. Responsible for keeping leader informed of potential risks when it becomes evident contractual obligations will not be met.

  • Analyzes and corrects participants’ pension data.

  • Responsible for troubleshooting, interpreting and correcting system generated error messages from participant database.

  • Under minimal direction write requirements to correct system errors for programming team.

  • Write SOLs requirements and run program in order to minimize the number of records requiring manual review and correction.

  • Performs Users Acceptance and Production Testing on system upgrades to ensure outcome is accurate.

  • Performs complex pension calculations.
