BenefitWallet is seeking a Consultant, Growth Initiatives, who will primarily focus on Sales Effectiveness and Support. This individual will help drive B2B account acquisition and revenue growth among key Commercial Sector Health Savings Account (HSA) target segments and channels, including employers and health plans. This person will help execute key growth strategies and support the Sales team by creating sales tools and messaging that win in the marketplace and help drive measurable results. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success with Consumer-Directed Health accounts (HSAs, FSAs, etc.) and has proven B2B sales support experience, as well as strong analytical, project management and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support the Commercial Sector B2B sales team by creating pitch decks, white papers, sales collateral and other sales tools geared toward the desired target market segment.
Develop marketing plans to maximize the value of association relationships, including conferences and events.
Plan and manage Commercial Sector sales conferences and events, including obtaining the necessary corporate approvals.
Support training and communications with sales channel partners across Conduent.
Provide ad hoc sales support as needed.
Monitor and track market and competitor insights. Translate findings into actionable sales approaches.
Provide ad hoc project management support as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
6-8 years working in a B2B marketing or sales support function within a large, matrixed organization.
Experience with HSAs, health insurance, financial services or HR/employee benefits industries strongly desired.
Excellent writing, project management and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and/or individually with little direction.
Highly professional with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint.
A proven understanding of the sales cycle and drivers of sales effectiveness is highly desirable.
