As a Manager II, Field Service Delivery your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for planning field activities; participating in the engineering and design; and managing field installation, operations, and maintenance.
System responsibilities could include dedicated devices (cameras, readers, detectors, ect), data networks, security; lane and host servers, and any other equipment required.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining common best practices and sharing lessons learned to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of services and achievement of all client performance requirement for both installation and ongoing operations, while delivering forecast financial performance.
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
Primarily domestic accountability; may include some international accountability.

Manager II, Field Service Delivery you are successful when they meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equipment toll industry experience.
8 years’ experience in roadside tolling industry.
At least 3 years in each installing and in maintaining roadside.
May perform one or more of the following:
o Coordinates with Engineering for the planning, development, and installation of road-side systems by evaluating current and future business requirements against current contract obligations.
o Ensures all software and hardware products are compatible with proposed architecture and operational needs.
o Manages the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the client’s solution within required KPIs per client’s contract and SOW.
o Identify operational improvements on an on-going basis, including participation in roadmap prioritization.
o Oversees the development and evaluation of network performance criteria and measurement methods.
o Participate as the subject matter expert in the proposal generation process for new business opportunities.
o Manages the testing and analysis of all components of network facilities to ensure operational status.
o Identifies network problems and oversees resolution of problems.
o Drives the planning, design, implementation, organization, and operation of the data communications network.
o Manages voice, data, and video communication systems throughout the organization, including the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of networks in support of information systems.
o Participates in the research, design, planning, and development of new approaches, devices and/or field services that can improve Conduent’s competitive position.
o Administrative duties include time card reviews, expense report reviews and employee performance reviews.
o All other duties as assigned.
Experience in managing customer-focused field service operation.
Proven people management skills - able to motivate and supervise a team.
Written and verbal communications skills at all organizational levels (internal and external); comfort level with client communications and proven ability to participate in RFP orals preparations and presentations.
Able to evidence improved customer satisfaction and productivity achievements in tolling industry.
Background in establishing structured delivery processes and methodologies for field service delivery.
Ability to foster collaborative work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution to problems by using a rational, systematic approach.
The ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
