As a Customer Care Associate III working in a call center environment, you will be working to support customers with their accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Data entry and researching issues.

  • Anticipate client and management needs.

  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs client interactions.

  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.

  • Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • May lead a team in the performance of a variety of tasks that are generally routine.

  • Keep up with client communications and respond to any and all inquiries expeditiously.

  • Support the management team and clients with various tasks.

  • Responsible for responding to client inquiries and complaints regarding citations.

  • Using a computerized system, responds to client inquiries in an office environment.

  • To resolve client queries and complaints, which fall within the scope of the assigned responsibilities (Some examples may include complaints / escalated issues, researching system history, data entry into database and maintain several tracking systems).

  • Follow client business processing rules and troubleshoot any issues, including researching and presenting corrections.

  • The purpose of the role is to respond to inbound queries either in writing or phone from clients / customers.

  • Ensures high level of client satisfaction is obtained with each interaction.

Customer Care Associate III are successful when they meet the following requirements:

  • Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person

  • Ability to type (WPM vary based on Client Requirements)

  • Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.

  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.

  • The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • The ability to work in a team environment.

  • The ability to work under pressure.

  • The ability to sit for long periods of time.

  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

  • Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.

  • Must pass state, federal and criminal background check

  • Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
